B2B SaaS Experience: 2-4 years in SaaS sales or account management with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
SMB Velocity: Comfortable with high-volume, transactional sales cycles with a track record of closing deals in the $10K-$30K ACV range.
Autonomy: You are high-agency, prefer autonomy, and do not require constant management.
Efficiency-minded: You naturally look for ways to work smarter, not harder.
