Collaborate on refining our SDR playbook by identifying and sharing best practices that drive success

Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in sales or outreach roles
Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a knack for crafting compelling messages
A creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of finding solutions to complex challenges
Eager to excel within a sales organization, with a hunger for growth and development
Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to the demands of a virtual team environment
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Equipped with a distraction-free home office, a reliable computer, and a strong internet connection
Preferred: A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant outbound sales or outreach experience
Preferred: Familiarity with the Behavioral Health industry is a plus, though not a requirement
Preferred: Proficiency with Zoho CRM or other CRM software is beneficial
