Design and implement AI solutions by leveraging LLMs
Translate ambiguous requirements into practical models, data flows, and decision systems
Integrate AI capabilities with data, tools, and business processes
Build services (e.g., APIs) to make AI functionality usable in applications
Evaluate system behavior and iteratively improve based on real usage and constraints
Contribute to internal AI development tooling (e.g. Github copilot)
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other engineers to deliver working solutions

5+ years of experience as software developer or similar role
1+ years of experience working with production grade AI solutions
Senior-level experience in Applied AI prompt Engineering
Strong Python skills with the ability to build and deploy services (e.g. FastAPI)
Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems in production, including tool integration and multi-step processing
Experience with LangGraph or similar framework for agentic systems
Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience with .Net API development
Willingness to collaborate closely with others and take joint team ownership for entire DevOps cycle of solutions
Ability to independently design and implement end-to-end solutions, with strong ownership of quality and strong problem-solving skills and practical engineering mindset
