Take ownership of customer invoicing ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with contracts
Manage accounts payable, including booking invoices and tracking costs
Perform bank reconciliations and allocations across corporates and banking clients
Support balance sheet reconciliations and maintain clean, accurate records
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare documentation and support external audits
Monitor payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and resolve discrepancies
Help manage the finance mailbox and day-to-day finance operations
Contribute to process improvements as we scale (this is a team where your input matters)

3 years of experience in a finance role (e.g. Finance Officer, Accountant, Financial Assistant, Junior Controller)
Experience with ledger accounting or financial control fundamentals
Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, or similar)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Fluent in English
