Monitor monthly scorecards (KPIs) covering quality, on-time delivery, and cost; use these insights to improve supplier performance and manage key partnerships.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly cost targets for defined categories; manage annual tooling budget and monthly reconciliation with Finance.
Oversee development lifecycles and mitigate calendar roadblocks to ensure on-time product readiness for PO placements.
Lead process-improvement efforts to streamline workflows, improve cross-functional communication, and reduce lead times/sample rounds.
Directly manage and mentor a Sourcing Manager, fostering a high-performance team environment and serving as a subject matter expert for the broader department.

5+ years of relevant international sourcing, product development, or production experience.
Experience owning and being responsible for a functional category.
Overseas (preferably Asia) Sourcing experience, both direct and through third parties.
Comfortable with high volume SKU counts in various stages of development and production.
Technical knowledge of various manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, cut-and-sew, print packaging) is highly preferred.
Direct people management.
Confident being responsible for a defined area of COGS.
