Own the UX vision across all digital and activation projects
Translate brand and messaging strategies into structured digital experiences
Design journeys that integrate web, social, campaigns, interactive features and activations
Incorporate data (insights, behaviors, KPIs) into the design and optimization of experiences
Explore and define AI use cases within journeys (personalization, assistants, dynamic content, optimization)
Structure information, messaging and touchpoints at every stage of the user journey
Design and validate user journeys, information architecture (sitemaps), wireframes and UX prototypes
Lead user testing and turn findings into actionable recommendations
Support and upskill the Design team
Work closely with strategy, creative, data, development and social teams
Define and evolve UX standards, design systems and best practices

Strong (senior) experience in UX design / digital experience, ideally in an agency
Ability to think about brand, messaging, activation and user needs in a unified way
Comfortable in early-stage phases: scoping, workshops and recommendations
Proficient in Figma, advanced prototyping and testing methodologies
Able to leverage data to inform UX decisions
Curious and pragmatic about AI applications in digital experiences
Portfolio that demonstrates the ability to connect strategic vision with execution
Senior mindset: mentoring, high standards and critical thinking
Sensitive to accessibility, eco-design and the sustainability of experiences
Bonus: understanding of tracking, personalization, Webflow or other no-code tools
