Manage full lifecycle recruiting processes including developing recruitment strategies and sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates
Champion the candidate experience by setting clear expectations and maintaining timely, transparent communication
Serve as a consultant to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting best practices, interviewing, and selection strategies
Foster a culture of recruiting excellence through training and coaching hiring teams
Champion inclusion and diversity throughout the recruitment process to drive equitable hiring outcomes
Partner with the broader HR team to support employer branding initiatives
Use data and market insights to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve processes
Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for process improvements based on trends and best practices
Embody and promote MGT’s core values throughout all aspects of the recruitment process
Support additional recruiting initiatives and HR projects as needed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five (5) or more years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
Experience recruiting within professional services environments preferred
Experience in both corporate and executive search settings preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills to gain buy-in and drive alignment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
