Role Overview

Lead the design, development, and delivery of BI dashboards and reports
Provide leadership to a reporting and analytics team
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable data visualizations
Build and optimize data models
Ensure report performance, scalability, and data accuracy
Review team deliverables for accuracy, performance, and usability
Collaborate with stakeholders to align team output with business priorities

Requirements

Experience developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
Knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling
Experience with SQL and relational databases
Ability to lead or mentor team members
Understanding of data visualization and UX best practices
Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
