Role Overview

Maintain accurate general ledger records for multiple entities using QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Enterprise
Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
Prepare and issue customer invoices across multiple businesses
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
Process vendor invoices, maintain vendor records, and manage payment runs
Track and reconcile intercompany transactions
Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
5+ years of hands-on accounting experience
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Enterprise
Experience managing full-cycle accounting in a multi-entity environment
Strong Excel skills (reconciliations, schedules, reporting)
Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote setting
High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
