Role Overview

Assist senior agents in identifying and recruiting talented football players by conducting research and attending matches.
Support the preparation and negotiation of player contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and representing the best interests of clients.
Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with players, clubs, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Provide administrative support in maintaining detailed records of player profiles, contracts, and negotiations to ensure accurate and up-to-date information management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills
