Role Overview

Work closely with the Sales Consultant and Project Coordinator to achieve handoff of the project
Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork as assigned
Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
Oversee projects from start to finish
Conduct inspections at critical phases of projects
Manage the budget, track expenses, and minimize exposure and risk in the project
Communicate effectively with the people responsible for completing various phases of the project
Monitor the progress of the project activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of field experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
Proficient in all Senior level qualifications
Clean driving record and background check (required for DCJS certification)
