Role Overview

Proactively acquire new clients and source apartments, houses and projects throughout the German-speaking region of Switzerland
Independently generate leads through cold calling and outreach
Maintain and expand client relationships in the CRM
Manage the entire sales cycle: from property viewings to portfolio integration
Develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements

Fluent Swiss German as well as very good Standard German and English
Strong "hunter" mentality with enthusiasm for selling
Independent, goal-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills
Experience in sales or the real estate sector is an advantage
University degree is a plus
