Perform precise lip sync adjustments and audio alignment to ensure seamless performance transfer
Iterate on outputs based on creative direction and feedback, pushing work to final quality
Collaborate with creative, production, and engineering teams to meet project goals and timelines
Interpret and implement feedback from stakeholders and clients with clarity and accuracy
Contribute to evolving artistic workflows and best practices for AI-assisted editing and performance tools

2+ years of experience in film, TV, animation, or post-production in a hands-on creative role
Strong understanding of lip sync and audio synchronization at a sub-frame level
Experience with keyframing and shot-based work in editing, VFX, or animation pipelines
Proven ability to deliver polished, client-ready creative work under deadlines
High attention to detail with strong visual judgment and finishing sensibility
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills for interpreting and applying creative feedback
Bonus: Experience with Nuke, Davinci Resolve or After Effects
