Manage accounting operations for multiple client entities across various industries
Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts and financial records
Oversee and review work performed by Accountants and Bookkeepers
Ensure compliance with internal accounting standards
Lead monthly and quarterly close processes
Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Reports
Provide clear and actionable financial insights to clients and internal teams
Analyze financial results and identify variances or trends
Serve as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients
Communicate financial results, resolve accounting inquiries, and follow up on missing documentation
Support onboarding of new clients and review historical financial data
Lead clean-up and reconciliation of historical financial records
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Support implementation of accounting systems and automation tools
Support tax preparation and audit requirements
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – REQUIRED
4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in: Outsourced accounting services, Public accounting, Accounting services firms
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience handling multiple client entities or sets of books
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with cloud accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite)
