As a Sales Support Assistant, you are part of our sales team and support the handling of customer inquiries as well as the preparation of quotes.
After the onboarding phase, the position can be performed 100% remotely.
You ensure structured processes, professionally prepared offers, and reliable, service-oriented communication.
In close coordination with the sales team, you make sure inquiries are processed quickly and act as an important interface between customers and sales.
You support the sales team in preparing quotes for existing and new customers.
You handle customer inquiries submitted via our website or other channels.
You create quotes and records in our ERP system and maintain them carefully.
You take on administrative tasks related to quote preparation.
You maintain and update customer and master data in the system.
You work closely with internal teams and support a smooth sales process.
You act as a point of contact for internal colleagues and external contacts.

Career changers are expressly welcome — ideally you have completed commercial training or hold a comparable qualification, but this is not a must.
Ideally, you have some initial experience in sales, office management, or administrative roles.
You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel.
ERP or CRM experience is a plus but not required.
You communicate very confidently in German and ideally have English language skills.
You work in a structured and reliable manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple tasks.
You demonstrate a service-oriented approach and enjoy customer contact.
You enjoy working in a team and show initiative.
