Lead operational workstream components of implementation and onboarding process for new client partners
Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks
Act as the main liaison between Implementation and Operations teams
Develop a deep understanding of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Monitoring, as well as Provider Data Management
Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live

5+ years of professional experience overall
3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, strategy and operations, or a management consulting role
Excellent organisational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset
Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a question or request to a variety of audiences
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to interact and collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams both internally and externally
Strong understanding of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Monitoring, as well as Provider Data Management universe
Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
