Role Overview

Responsible for operational excellence and the success of partnerships
Execution and optimization of processes for crypto securities registry administration and custody
Point of contact for partner management from the after-sales phase through offboarding
Support and management of strategic client projects
Assistance with implementing regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA)

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Business Operations or Project Management at financial institutions
Basic understanding of and strong interest in Digital Assets and blockchain technologies
Ideally, experience in partner management or consulting
Strong process orientation and a compliance mindset
Quick comprehension and pragmatic execution skills
Willingness to take responsibility and the ability to manage complex processes precisely
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
