The Team

Our practice works with large global enterprises to plan and implement technology-driven change. We focus on consulting services around Change Management, Training, and Coaching. By doing so, we make change more tangible for people in organizations and enable our clients to achieve successful transformations in a rapidly changing digital world.

The Role

• As a Senior Consultant you will independently and proactively lead Change Management work packages in our client projects, working closely with colleagues and client contacts.
• You will represent deliverables to our clients and contribute to the ongoing development of our Change Management methodologies.
• You will also be involved in business development and sales-related activities.

Our Expectations of You

We are looking for professionals with existing Change Management experience:

• Knowledge of and experience with established Change Management methods and approaches
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Languages: German and English; additional languages are an advantage in our international working environment
• Practical experience in Change Management projects, ideally in large, multinational engagements within a consulting context (e.g., management consulting, in-house consulting) with a focus on IT-driven change

Ideal candidates will also have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Agile ways of working and methods
• Training and instructional experience
• Practical industry experience in one or more sectors
• Experience preparing and presenting consulting proposals
• Ability to work independently within a matrix team structure
