Role Overview
- Provide tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform
- Offer a minimum of 5 sessions per week
- Complete clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours
- Maintain a personalized database for licensure proof
- Regular communication with clinical leadership and collaborative care team
Requirements
- Must be able to offer 5 sessions per week minimum, with the ability to flex up and offer additional sessions if desired
- Night and weekend flexibility a plus
- Subject to business discretion, be available to add additional hours during peak demand
- Provide high quality, innovative, tele-therapy to Headspace patients over a HIPAA compliant video conferencing platform
- Complete, sign and lock clinical case notes in EMR within 48 hours of session
- Maintain your personalized database to record proof of licensure, license updates, expiration dates, personal information, etc.
- Keep your availability calendar up to date
- Stay in regular communication with clinical leadership (checking and responding to emails in a timely fashion)
- Work with a collaborative care team including health coaches, other therapists, psychiatrists, and external care providers
- Be willing and motivated to become licensed in other states as needed
