Requirements
- Experienced Tax Managers are required
- Supervise personnel assignments
- Responsible for personnel scheduling and compliance with due dates
- Motivate and assist staff in their professional development
- Assist Partners in practice development and management
- Assume full responsibility for large tax engagements
- Communicate Firm policies and technical information to tax personnel
- Prepare and review all types of returns
- Conduct complex tax research
