Role Overview
- Supervise the assignment of duties to, and the training of, personnel assigned to engagements
- Be responsible for personnel scheduling, compliance with due dates, and monitoring of time budgets
- Motivate and assist staff in their professional development
- Assist Partners in practice development and practice management
- Assume full responsibility for large tax engagements
- Communicate Firm policies and technical information to tax personnel
- Prepare and review all types of returns
- Conduct complex tax research
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of tax experience
- Strong understanding of tax regulations
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
