Manage, update thin clients with IGEL Operating system for CWOW support and rollout
Provides direction and strategic guidance for the overall management and health of Client's endpoint devices
Vendor coordination and close coordination with development and engineering teams
Knowledge of incident and problem management process as SME with Service Excellence teams
Responsible for large or small scale rollout or other deployments for both hardware and software based initiatives
Expected to provide leadership and subject matter expertise during deployments
Keep abreast industry’s best practices and technology trends to lead Client as their Village moves forward with endpoint solutions
Requirements
Linux Administration, Ubuntu preferred
System Admin experience, particularly in supporting, updating and managing endpoint devices
Dell Wyse Management Suite iGel experience
Ability to automate common procedures and continuously look for and execute on opportunities to improve services and teammate experiences
Create and maintain documentation to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Configuration Documentation, Policy Documentation, Knowledge Based Articles and Training Documentation
