- 7+ years of experience in utilities
- At least 4 years of consulting experience with Oracle Utilities products (CC&B, C2M, or CCS)
- Strong understanding of meter-to-cash processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technology field
- Oracle Utilities Implementation Certification preferred
