Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research and platform determination, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video, etc) that builds meaningful connections and encourages a high level of customer interaction
Optimize & manage the company’s social media profiles and presence to increase the visibility of the company’s social content, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network presence
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach and engage with the target audience
Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI and SEO
Continuously seek improvement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics
Work with other team members to determine the outcomes of the Marketing Function that support the overall business strategy and goals
Requirements
Completed bachelor's degree preferably in the field of (digital) marketing or communication
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within an online marketing agency or Social Paid Media job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for advertising content and copy
A real professional: motivated, independent and initiative-oriented
Communicating, (critically) analyzing and organizing are your strong points, as well as an eye for detail & meeting deadlines
A dose of curiosity and a healthy urge to learn
Experience with online marketing in a variety of environments is an advantage
Experience working remotely from home office
Bilingual (EN & FR), Spanish and other languages (asset)
