Role Overview
- Write lots of Node.js code, incorporating best practices, design patterns, and frameworks
- Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Create pull requests and review teammates' pull requests
- Participate in design sessions with your team members
- Collaborate innovatively to improve processes, tools, and technology choices
- Empowered to take ownership of projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in software development
- Strong experience and understanding of JavaScript and Node.js
- Extensive experience with Git, GitHub, and GitLab
- Strong understanding of SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL..), Redis, and Elasticsearch
- Comfortable working effectively, proactively and independently within a small, self-directed team of developers.
- Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written
