Develop and implement ideas for new content pieces (blogs, industry reports, webinars, whitepapers, ebooks) with the team.
Write, update, and manage content regularly for digital communication channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
Support the search engine optimization of our website content.
Develop marketing assets, LinkedIn ad creatives/posts, and videos while ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Engage in marketing research to stay updated on market developments and trends and proactively propose new initiatives and processes to improve marketing activities.
Provide general support (research, translations DE/EN, writing and correcting texts, etc.)

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., marketing, communications, business, graphic design, web development, or similar).
Passion for writing and creating content; Big plus if previous experience in content creation.
Good editorial skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Experience with Design Tools and Canva.
Experience in prompting on tools like GPT or Claude for generating inspiration for content.
Basic knowledge of web development, SEO and experience with WordPress is a plus.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and collaboratively in a team.
Proactive, organized, and open-minded attitude with a “can do, will do!” mentality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
