Responsible for achieving/exceeding agreed sales targets by effective key account management
Identifying, managing and growing new government / corporate/ academic market share and sales opportunities
Identification and effectively resolution of issues/problems and risk mitigation in achieving the sales budgets / targets
Collaborate with Internal Sales Support and Executive Management to actively map and manage customer relationships
Provide accurate sales forecasting & sales reports using CRM system as per guidelines provided
Follow up and ensure all post sales activities are completed (Orders are received from the customers, Invoicing is received by the customers, Payment follow up, Licenses etc.)
Prepare project proposals, concept notes for government / corporate customers
Develop strong product knowledge of Knimbus products
Requirements
Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven & relevant sales experience in Institutional Sales (B2B, Only Higher Education, no K-12)
Preferred in Publishing, e books / e journals, not print selling
Preferred Engineering Graduate, MBA is added advantage in Marketing
Candidates should be local with good spoken Tamil
Should be able to work independently without direct supervision
Should have an Analytical mind and strong negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective listener, a presenter, and a people-person
