Support clients as a trusted expert advisor on workplace culture.
Depending on your level of experience you will work with smaller or larger more complex clients.
Administer, analyse and report on workplace surveys including engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, diversity, leadership 360, and client service quality surveys.
Manage existing client accounts and support sales to new clients.
Actively participate in our internal product development.
Be coached by a more senior consultant who will support your personal and professional development.
Requirements
An interest in improving workplace engagement, wellbeing and performance.
An aptitude for working with technology systems and data.
Customer service skills in understanding client needs and providing expert advice.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and English fluency.
Excellent time management, able to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
Attention to detail (cite Star Wars in your cover letter to show this skill).
Ability to research and solve problems independently.
Skills in communicating and coordinating your work as part of a close team.
Relevant work experience coupled with a degree in Psychology, Business or a closely related discipline.
Intention to stay in the role for at least 3 years.
Playfulness and a willingness to not take yourself too seriously.
The capacity for a full-time role.
Willingness to travel to clients and our Sydney office for occasional meetings.
Australian citizenship, residency or a clear pathway to residency.
