Oversee financial aspects of federal government contracting projects
Manage payroll, accounts payable, and receivables efficiently
Utilize ERP systems (preferably Acumatica) for job costing and budgeting
Reconcile various accounts with attention to detail and accuracy
Leverage strong Excel skills for in-depth data analysis and financial reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and compliance
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in accounting, with experience in construction, federal government contracting, payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, and budgeting
Experience in construction accounting and federal government contracting
Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Acumatica or similar commercial systems
Strong command of payroll, accounts payable, and receivables processes
Solid background in job costing, budgeting, WIPs and financial analysis
Ability to reconcile diverse accounts independently, resolving discrepancies efficiently
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently
BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
