About this role
Role Overview
Be the “Expert User” of the existing sales/workflow system – being able to use the system just as the full-time sales team does
Be able to help guide, train, and communicate the most efficient ways to use the system to aid the sales team
Participate in business process discussion and solution road-mapping with customers and prospects
Make creative product and solution recommendations to satisfy the customer and prospect’s business and technical objectives
Presenting and working closely with Sales Directors
Act as business owner of sales/service system
Lead the contribution to prospect data acquisition, list creations, campaigning, and mining process
Understand the cold calling model; as well as the submission, quote, bind process working with insurance carrier/marketing team
Serve as bridge between Sales and IT
Requirements
5+ CRM experience
Insurance related experience required
3+ years of experience in Sales related role
Business acumen with strong verbal and written skills
BA/BS equivalent
MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or other commercial sales system experience required
