Lead on development in every area of our stack, from prototyping through to deployment and maintenance
Develop and deploy beautiful, intuitive products that help people live more sustainable lives
Write secure and highly readable code that requires minimal documentation
Proactively overcome challenges, squash bugs and hit shipping deadlines
Collaborate with senior team members including the CTO and CEO

Extensive experience of front-end development, ideally with React or related JS-based frameworks
Experience of back-end development, in particular working with Django and Django Rest Framework
Ability to develop and deploy code in containers (we use Docker)
The basics (e.g. git version control, test-writing, hatred of hacky/unreadable code)
A self-starting mindset, able to work in a small, highly-focused development team
Ability to work collaboratively with other developers, designers and senior product owners to turn ideas into deployable code
A collaborative and communicative working style
Ambition to drive forward a new business
