Real-time negotiation with plaintiffs and attorneys over investment terms and pricing
Training and working closely with the engineering team to translate legal knowledge into automation
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, History, Law or related field desirable or equivalent experience from a top-tier institution.
J.D. from an accredited top 20 law school
10+ years post-law school experience, including in a litigation practice at AmLaw 200 firm and/or comparable boutique firms
Experience with plaintiff-side representation, alternative fee arrangements, litigation finance, and/or in an asset-management environment are pluses but not required
Experience in several of the following areas: commercial litigation, breach of contract, antitrust, multidistrict litigation, employment disputes, whistleblower claims, corporate governance litigation
