Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop detailed specifications and wireframes for new features.
- Lead product development cycles using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new software products or enhancements to existing offerings.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback and data to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop successful go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement to continuously optimize and enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure our products remain relevant and competitive.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with user research and data analytics to inform product decisions.
- Proficient with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
