Proofread and review all content produced by the Content and Marketing teams
Work closely with designers to create engaging website and social media banners
Perform research and technical writing to develop documents such as product manuals and user guides
Write clear, concise, and compelling text to describe products and drive sales
Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to maximise content effectiveness
Produce and maintain a content calendar supporting product launches

3-5 years of experience in technical writing
A degree in Technical Writing, Communication, Computer Science, HR, or a related field preferred but not required
Comfortable with technology and knowledgeable about HRIS systems, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software
Experience with WordPress, basic HTML, and creating content for social media
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, with robust editing and proofreading capabilities
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
