Information Security Engineer

Role Overview

• Conducting thorough assessments of IT systems
• Analyzing diverse sources of threat intelligence
• Implementing measures to safeguard applications and data
• Establishing and maintaining robust access control mechanisms
• Handling security incidents and monitoring the IT estate
• Configuring and troubleshooting security infrastructure devices
• Developing innovative technical solutions and security tools
• Generating required reports related to security
• Staying abreast of the latest security news, trends, and emerging vulnerabilities

Requirements

• 3+ Years Experience in Information Security
• Relevant Qualifications in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or Forensic Computing
• Certifications Advantageous: CEH, CCSLP, CCSK, SANS GIAC, SSCP, MCSE, MCSA, CISSP, CISA, or CCSP
• Strong Knowledge of Checkpoint Technologies
• Technical Proficiency in Windows and Linux Environments
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Environments
• MS Endpoint Implementation Experience
• Experience with Vulnerability Management
• Deployment and Configuration of Perimeter Defence Mechanisms
• Demonstrated Ability to Work Independently
