• Manage client campaigns across Meta and other social platforms
• Recommend strategies to the CEO

Requirements

• Proven experience with Meta Ads
• Experience with Tiktok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other social channels a plus
• Critical thinking
• Persuasive writing and use of data
• Time and project prioritization
• Consistently meet deadlines
• Effectively deploying budgets across campaigns and platforms
• Proactive with recommendations
• Understand statistical significance/confidence levels
• Understand and optimize marketing metrics and KPIs
• Google Analytics and other MarTech tools
• Keep up with current industry trends
• Push the envelope with new hypotheses and tests
• Familiar with Monday.com, Slack, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides
• Embrace rapid change
