About this role
Role Overview
Work cross-functionally across our team to help ensure projects are completed on time and within the scope
Collaborate between internal team and clients to define the project timelines, objective, scope and any potential resource requirements
Maintain project plans and timelines (via our project management tool Monday.com) to keep everyone on track
Identify any potential project risks as they arise and help recommend solutions to these unexpected risks
Serve as the primary client contact to confirm receipt for all tasks, assign due dates, and ensure our team understands the task at hand
Create standardized process documents to ensure optimized and efficient processes for current and future team members to follow
Take meeting notes and share follow ups with the necessary parties for all meetings that you attend
Requirements
Strong communication & interpersonal skills across all mediums
Quick replies in order to keep projects moving forward
Time and project prioritization
Excellent organization abilities
Can manage multiple active projects at one time
Problem solving & critical thinking
Consistently meet deadlines
Embrace rapid change
Previous experience working as a project manager in a marketing agency
Proficiency with Monday.com (or similar project management tool such as Asana, ClickUp, etc), Slack, Excel/Sheets, Powerpoint/Slides
Project Manager with certifications (CSM, PMP, MPM, etc) is a plus, but not required
