Design and implement customized software solutions based on customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements
Create implementation plans based on gathered requirements
Lead the implementation process by configuring, installing, and integrating the company's products or services
Provide post-installation follow-ups, technical guidance, and support during the implementation phase; troubleshoot issues to align the solution with client business processes
Serve as a liaison between the client, sales, product development, and support teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the implementation
Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on using and maintaining the implemented solution
Produce documentation, manuals, and guides to help clients understand and use the product effectively
Test the performance of the installed system, fix bugs, and perform quality checks to ensure the implemented solution meets client expectations and complies with predefined standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Software Engineering
Fluency in English
Previous work experience in related areas
Good communication skills
Ability to design high-level, big-picture software solutions
Ability to present ideas clearly and in a user-friendly manner
Strong problem-solving skills
