Lead and execute the company's SEO content strategy across Europe, North America, Asia, & LATAM;
Develop and implement a comprehensive global SEO content strategy to drive organic traffic, sales, and improve search rankings across 15+ languages.;
Lead the on-site SEO team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management;
Define our client's SEO approach to on-page, content, localization, and UX;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including inbound marketing, product, growth, design, and development, to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices into website and content development processes;
Own the reporting structure for markets, regional stakeholders, and senior management;
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO and content marketing techniques. Proactively apply new strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record (3+ years) of building and developing high-performing SEO content teams;
Proven track record of driving organic traffic and achieving organic sales growth on a global scale;
Fluent English;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex SEO concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
Proficient in reporting findings to key stakeholders.
Expert-level proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms, such as Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices for SEO content optimisation.
