Role Overview
- Provide guidance and support to students in academic, personal, and career development through counseling sessions on the Mind You platform
- Work with students to identify and address their individual needs and concerns
- Provide information and resources
- Help students develop the skills and knowledge necessary for success in school and beyond
- Ensure the safety of the students through following appropriate risk and escalation protocols
Requirements
- MA in Guidance Counseling
- Professional Regulatory Commission License in Guidance Counseling
- Any counseling or therapeutic work or internship experience
- Open to newly licensed professionals
- Understanding of psychological concepts
- Good grasp of different therapeutic techniques
- A guiding therapeutic theory, system, or framework
- Good and clear communication skills
