Role Overview
- Manage a team of Registered Guidance Counselors to ensure quality delivery of counseling services
- Conduct assigned counseling sessions in a private area with stable internet connection
- Ensure that sessions follow company guidelines and protocols
- Tagging session status and producing In Session Forms
- Informs supervisor of any issues related to sessions
- Ensure financial performance and attain profit targets
- Develop and submit annual plans and programs for approval
- Train and oversee Guidance Counselors, maintaining interactions according to SOPs
- Regularly report to management on the status of deliverables
Requirements
- MA in Guidance Counseling
- Professional Regulatory Commission License in Guidance Counseling
- At least 2 years of counseling or therapeutic work or internship experience
- Understanding of psychological concepts
- Good grasp of different therapeutic techniques
- A guiding therapeutic theory, system, or framework
- Good and clear communication skills
- Has experience in a managerial/supervisory position
