Requirements
- Experience with startups or within product teams
- Designing and rolling out design systems
- Helping define strategy and design decisions
- Assisting with ethnographic, face-to-face, user research and usability testing
- Mentoring less experienced designers within the team
- Using modern design tools, Figma
