Role Overview
- Building a secure and performant backend solution on Kotlin
- Implement tests and monitoring to ensure system health and backup strategies
- Collaborating with the iOS and Android teams to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
- Integrate and maintain third party APIs
Requirements
- Significant experience with backend development and maintenance using Kotlin or Java
- Spring Boot
- Cloud infrastructure
- Kubernetes
- Docker experience and networking layer skills appreciated
- Full professional proficiency in English; other languages (e.g. German) are a plus
- Being an active member of the open source community is a plus
- Experience with machine learning is a plus
- Knowledge in (online/mobile) banking and the payment industry is a plus
- Following modern tech trends and interest in learning new things!
