Role Overview
- Work with engineers and CPO to define problem statements and develop solutions based on user insights
- Take individual projects from ideation to execution, collaborating with stakeholders
- Work within and evolve a design system
- Conduct appropriate and continuous research to inform design decisions
- Encourage questions and feedback throughout the design process
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in designing complex products end-to-end
- Ability to communicate design process from concept to launch, using research and measuring impact
- Structured thinker with strong communication skills
- Experience designing products with large data sets or complex processes
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Plus: experience in DevOps tools
