Collaborate with client business and system stakeholders to understand their business needs and technical requirements
Partner with the Product Owner and Solution Architect to design and implement well-architected Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and comply with clients' enterprise standards
Establish yourself as a trusted and credible Salesforce expert who effectively communicates with technical and non-technical colleagues
Evaluate and recommend best practices in Salesforce architecture, development, and deployment
Advocate for the Salesforce platform's core capabilities and best practices while remaining open to other approaches
Serve as the primary technical lead on projects, guiding development teams and ensuring successful solution delivery
Create and maintain technical documentation
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry best practices
Oversee the adoption and use of a reliable Salesforce DevOps process
Collaborate effectively with professionals from other consultant firms
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Salesforce Certified System and Application Architect certification preferred
Proven experience in Salesforce development and architecture
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of Apex design patterns and force.com enterprise patterns
Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and JavaScript
Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP/PUB-SUB APIs, and third-party applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Hospitality industry experience is a plus
Salesforce Loyalty Management experience is a plus
