Creating and managing graphics for the website and e-commerce channels, ensuring a cohesive and visually engaging customer experience.
Designing email blasts, and social media content, including Instagram and TikTok posts, stories, and other dynamic formats, using both static images and motion graphics.
Developing engaging designs using product photos, flat-lays, and lifestyle shots that align with the Poppy & Peonies aesthetic.
Collaborating with the marketing and social media teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
Collaboration with design team to create custom prints and packaging.
Staying updated on graphic design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
Managing multiple projects and deliverables, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Cropping, editing and resizing launch photography as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing static and motion graphics, particularly for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands.
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) or similar tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok, and their visual content requirements.
Skilled at translating brand identity into cohesive and creative visual designs.
Photography and videography experience (a plus but not required).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Creative, innovative, and excited to push the boundaries of design in the fashion space.
Collaborative team player who can brainstorm with others.
Flexible and can adapt to changing priorities on the go.
