Senior Software Engineer (Remote - USA)

AssetIntel is a software company that develops asset management software products for the transportation infrastructure industry. They are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of a variety of toolsets spanning backend and mobile apps across different areas, including asset management and IoT.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain web and/or mobile applications in a highly collaborative environment
• Contributing to the complete technology stack, especially the backend and databases
• Continuously innovate and strategize on making our applications faster and more resilient
• Prioritize and manage work while adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Share a passion for design and technology

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industry experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer
• Knowledge of data structures and object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Knowledge of database design and understanding of SQL queries
• Experience working with cloud-based systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and able to contribute as part of a small team
