About this role

Will work to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of web site in collaboration with Graphic Designers, Product Managers, Engineering Staff, and other Web Designers
Create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation
Build websites and their respective workflows and asset libraries on Wordpress
Test the website and identify any technical problems
Envision the future iterations of the visual brand for the entire company
Continuously optimize the visual appearance of the website, heavily considering UX and UI in the process
Design, code, and modify websites from layout to function and according to the VP of Marketing's specifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
3-4 of experience using Wordpress design and development
Hands on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS and PHP
Candidate must have a strong understanding of UX, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards
Self-starter attitude, able to work individually as well as in a team environment
