Provide services and support as a Project Facilitation (PF) Services (Project Facilitator (PF)) in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector
Conduct site assessments to evaluate feasibility, scope, and economics of energy-related projects
Provide guidance on funding approaches and technical advice based on proposal analysis
Support the ESPC Task Order process including development, award, and administration

Minimum of 5 years of engineering, project management, or contracting experience
Recommended: 10 years of relevant experience
Minimum Required: Engineering or other technical degree from a four-year college or university
Recommended (Not Required, but may receive higher scoring): PE, CEM, or CMVP Certification
Experience in federal acquisitions related to third-party financing
Knowledge of ESPC regulations, statutes, and FAR clauses
Ability to perform cost/price analysis and determine price reasonableness
Strong understanding of ESPC contracting and project facilitation
Proven track record in acquisition planning, developing solicitations, evaluating proposals, and administering contracts
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
