The Audit Manager is responsible for coordinating audit teams on the field work
Writing the audit reports and maintaining the relationship with the customers
Developing audit business for all service lines of Mazars
Demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach, initiative and pro-active thinking
Performing independent work, coordinating team members
Maintaining communication with colleagues and with clients’ representatives
Preparing or validating documents to be delivered to customers
Planning audit engagements and identifying potential risk areas
Coordinating the audit teams in technical matters
Obtaining customers’ assessment of the audit team’s performance
Reviewing working papers prepared by the team for high-risk areas
Ensuring observance of professional quality standards
Connecting with engagement partners to mitigate risks
Identifying requirements of current or potential customers and preparing proposals
Establishing close working relationships with customers during audit missions
Evaluating the professional performance of team members

5-8 years working experience in financial audit
Good analytic and numeric skills
Good planning and coordination abilities
Business oriented
Computer skills (MS Office)
Team player
Willing to continuously improve their knowledge
Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English (French/ German are an advantage)
Entrepreneurial approach
Previous exposure to financial services industry (insurance, banking, etc.) would also be seen as a plus
Holding a professional qualification in the accounting field would also represent an advantage
