- Manage, support, and mentor the development team to deliver high-quality code and solutions.
- Schedule and set deadlines for tasks.
- You will be vigilant for and resolve new problems, delays and risks to the delivery of the team's objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Game Development or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Lead Developer.
- Experience leading a development team (in-house and/or contractors).
- Good and time available to answer other developers questions throughout the day if needed.
- Game development experience.
- Fluent in English.
